Yoga Therapy

I'm happy to introduce you Yoga Therapy, which uses the yoga discipline and philosophy of mind-body-soul, to treat wide range of health issues. It can support physical imbalances such as back pain, sciatica, and digestive problems, as well as psychological and emotional challenges like insomnia, stress, and depression.

Yoga Therapy for Women’s Reproductive System
This project was born with the intention of creating a practice foucous on healing, balancing and reviving the women’s reproductive system.
The advances of humanity, technological and cultural, have increasingly distanced us from our bodies and our natural essence.
Yoga is a bridge back to our ancestral essence, an inner journey that reconnects us with our purest instinctive form.
Through Yoga Therapy for the reproductive system, we practice the body, mind, emotions, and spirituality using asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathwork), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).
It is especially important to guide women in this practice, as the womb, a sacred center of creation, is increasingly under threat due to modernization and the challenges imposed on the western woman. So this therapy is a journey inward: recovering the body’s memories, recognizing emotional patterns, and listening the inner voice.
Yoga Therapy Objectives for Women’s Health
The therapeutic goals of this practice are to create a deep connection between women and their wombs. It’s an invitation to make peace with this sacred space, to learn how to listen to it, care for it with attention and compassion, and above all, to rediscover the joy of being a woman and inhabiting a body with such unique and wonderful qualities.

The proposal is to awaken the body, calm the mind, understand our emotions, and spiritually reconnect with the essence of being a woman, that for many of us, has been dormant for long.
This practice is not just a physical therapy; it is a space of healing and self-knowledge, recommended for all women who face imbalances in the reproductive system, such as menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), infertility, absence of menstruation (amenorrhea), endometriosis, polycystic ovaries, or even more serious conditions such as breast cancer or cervical cancer. Many of these challenges are often accompanied by fears and insecurities, arising from not understanding what is happening in our bodies, from not knowing how to feel them, which frequently leads to pessimistic and negative thoughts about the entire reproductive system.
